Corrosion to U7501. Pin 6 and pin 3 traces needed jumper wires.

Fan spins, no chime, no backlight and the heatsink gets insanely hot very quickly.
PPVCC_S0_CPU = 1R3 to ground
PPVCC_S0_CPU = 1.741V

Is it dead?
