[SOLVED]820-4924 not recognising battery.

Have an 820-4924 that has some liquid damage.
X for the battery status. SDA for the battery is measuring high (5.8v or so) whereas SCL is 3.4V

Never seen that before so it makes me wonder, on another note i replaced the ISL6259 to rule that out and there was no difference.

Im guessing the SMC's all messed up?

First you need to fix the 6V on SDA. Probably corrosion under the battery connector, there is no other place where anything over 3.3V is present on that line. I assume that 6V is measured without the battery plugged in.
