iPad Air

Have an iPad Air that charges a dead battery to 1% then stops after it turns on. Changed the charging port and U6000 and neither fixes the issue. Any other ideas?

i have the same issue on my kids iPad min. I noticed that when it charges and turns back on if you shut it off it will charge to 100%. I'm guessing its current sensing issue but to lazy to fix my own crap.
