IMAC 27 " 2009 cpu fan stuck on high .

hi guys,
need your advise here . this imac cpu fan is running high.
so far steps taken are
1. reset pram
2. reset smc
3. removed rtc battery and tried
4. checked the lcd sensor cable
5. checked the hdisk sensor cable ( hd fan running fine)
6. optical fan running fine aswell
7. checked the resistor near cpu fan


system is running smoorth . only issue is the crazy cpu fan running extremely high
