820-2915 battery explotion

Battery explotion. Bad trackpad and board not power.
I replaced ISL6259 and now board power but PPBUS at 12.27V
I checked SDA and SCL and they are at 3.45V

Next step is to replace SMC?

unplug battery indicator/sleep sensor first. if ppbus_g3h still 12.27v, then check SMC>

I have only the board on the table. Nothing pluged.

Either dead ISL6259 or dead SMC, or both.
