[SOLVED]820-3115 no picture no back light no sound

Got problem with board. Looks like cpu maybe faulty but will ask for opinion b4 i will put in in scrap.

R7402 : pin 2- 12.58v pin 1- 0,63v
R7403 pin 2 -12.58 pin 1- 0,58v
U7400 : pin 46- 5,03v
U7400 : pin 47 -3,3v

what should i check next?

there was liquid damaged but i bought this board from ebay and i dont really know whats happen with this board. i see somebody try to do smc all ready and back light and few more components so not sure if is worth to spend time on it. you know what is like fixing board after somebody try to fix b4 you

I bet spi rom was swapped, flash a new one.

Ugh, it was fucked up. Put on a known good SMC and if the ROM was touched flash a fresh one. Keep a backup!

i flashed BIOS and now i will try to do smc. see if it works

Could be anything at this point, fucked up Ebay shit should be left in the trash.

Check for missing components and corrosion, as I said anything.....stop buying garbage on Ebay please.
