Guys, i get this board to fix.
The fan spin and everything, but i don't get a chime.
Almost the rails is normal, but i get a couple low voltage and none rails bellow.

- PP15V_TBT - 14.12V
- PP1V05_TBTCIO - 0V
- PPVCC_S0_CPU - 1.7V

Water damage U8160 area and i fixed.


U2940 ( I guess is bad):

VIN:
- TBT_EN_CIO_PWR - 3.3V
- PP1V05_TBT - 1.04V

VOUT:
PP1V05_TBTCIO - 0V

TBT stands for thunderbolt and isn't something to worry about if it does not chime. How does the U6100 area look?
