820-2610 no green light

No liquid damage.
PP3V42 is 0.6V
PPBUS is 1.2V
ACOK is 1.1V

Change C7771 as usual culprit?
Any other suggestion?

PP3V42_G3H needs to be 3.42v first. 16v on D6905? R6905 47 ohms? Resistance to ground on pin 2 of L6995?

D6905 is 14V. R6905 is 33 oms. Resistance to ground on L6995 is around 17k omhs.
I also just noticed that the MCP was messed with. (Possibly reflowed/reballed/changed who knows)

Inject 3V42 and see if the green light comes on and the machine works. No use in fixing 3V42 and then discovering the MCP is also fucked.
