820-3209-A Green Light - Not Powering ON

Greetings from Australia !

This is my first post please be gentle ... however I'm ready to get fucked ..

I've got a Macbook Air 13" A1466 820-3209-A. I'm getting the green light on MagSafe (adapter sense working) however I'm getting no chime and no fan spinning.

I've tested all major power rails and believe the board to be in a "S0" state.

What should I test next? Thanks

Find the rail that's missing. You said you tested all major power rails, but it is not turning on, which means there is a power rail that is missing. Ignore TBT rails since they are for thunderbolt.

Also, you said you believe the board is in an S0 state. Are S0 power rails present?

Hi Louis, thanks for the quick reply,

I've retested the following power rails:

PPBUS_G3H 8.37
PPBUS_S5_HS_OTHER_ISNS 8.37
PPBUS_S5_HS_COPMUTING_ISNS 8.37
PPDCIN_G3H 14.7
PP3V42_G3H 3.41
PPVRTC_G3H 3.29
PP5V_S0 5.11
PP3V3_S5 3.29
PPV3V_S0 3.28
PP1V8_S0 1.78
PP1V5_S0 1.35
PPVTTDDR_S3 0.675
PP1V05_S0 1.05

PP0V75_S0_DDRVTT 0

I also tested U7300
pin1: 0
pin 2 1.34
pin 3 0
pin 5 1.346
pin 12 5
pin 16 3.28

Can you let me know if i should test any other power rails or my next steps, is U7300 the problem??

Thanks (P.S I'm very new to the motherboard repairing game)
