  • 820-2936 No vcore

    Board badly liquid damaged from J9000 to Q5520.

    Parts replaced, traces repaired.
    5V S0 = 5V
    3V3 S0 = 3V3
    1V05 S0 = 1V05

    ALL_SYS_PWRGD = missing
    R7967 (1) = 3V3 (2) = missing

    Any ideas please?

    Tell us which secondary coils don't get voltage; leave CPU coils for the moment, check the others.
    Any one shorted to ground?
    Post Q7950 voltages.

      ALL_SYS_PWRGD now = 1.69V
      Still no vcore

      No shorts on any chokes
      Expected voltages on all other chokes but L7100, L7550, L7510, L7520 = 0V

          ALL_SYS_PWRGD still too low, should be 3V.
          Strange to have 0.5V at TON, as that is the correct voltage when CPU power supply works...
          Get correct ALL_SYS_PWRGD first.
