820-2936 backlight problem

liquid damage, cleaned and everything looks relatively good except no backlight (image on screen) and probably thunderbolt caps may be shot

PPVOUT_SW_LCDBKLT only 12.6V too low

BKLT_EN 3.2V ok

LCD_BKLT_PWM 0V bad

SMC_LID_R 3.4 ok




replaced U9701

now LCD_BKLT_PWM 3V
but still no backlight

what next?
