MacBook Air a1237 Boot "Loop"

Hi everyone, i hope it is not a problem to post a software level question here.

this macbook air keeps restarting with a white screen and a window with the error " You shut down your computer because of a problem". This mac was formated a couple of months ago because it remained on the apple logo on startup every time and it worked fine till now.
Now it boots fine on secure mode but not on the normal mode. What should i do?

forgot to say, the customer said that before doing this the machine became extremel slow and often unresponsive. the hard disk has already been changed. i Suspect some sensor
