[SOLVED]820-3115-b works from charger but no working from battery

Hi. Long time i was not here. So i have here water damaged 820-3115-b board with was totaly dead. i manage to fix to state where is powering up and charging battery but when i disconnect power cable laptop is turning self of i checked voltage on battery connector and battery is charged. When i press power button fan will spin for 2 seconds and stop. any idea ?

Which is the state of battery reported by OSX?
F7040 voltage with battery only?
Did you check other battery?

battery full charged brand new f7040 pin 1 and 2 12,53v

found problem it was Q5490. replaced and working now
