GPU...unless there's any liquid involved, or backlight issue. Check for image to be sure it's not a backlight issue, but likely failing/failed GPU.

Bad GPU, anything other than 216-0809000 is not going to happen at the moment. No chips to be found...unless reballed garbage is what you want.
