Have ppbus at 8.18V. Is that ok or it is low?

Check SMC_RESET_L.

No, there is no magsafe, but ALB is right, there was oxide arround R5100 and this is SMC_RESET_L
I replaced a resistor R5100, and now all works ok.
Now PPBUS is: 8.58V

This mean 8.18V is low.
