128gb apple ssd

Have this 656-0021A 128gb SSD tested in a known good machine. it detects in disk utility and installs OS but the machine doesnt want to boot to it.

After os install finishes it just boots back into os installer which is on a usb drive. And if i remove the usb drive and restart it comes up with flashing folder.

Any ideas?

If a PRAM reset does not fix it it is trash.

Suspected as much, thanks. Didn't know pram affected other things.

Might throw it in the crest just for shits and giggles
