[SOLVED]820-2936 green and orange light but wont turn on

got in a 2936 with a green light and orange light with battery in, but no fan spin and wont power up. also the fan spins with a smc bypass. i will test all the rails to see if anything is missing, it is a heavily liquid damaged board.

I guess it was a typo, maybe Duke is asking for resistance on the missing voltage rail.............

CPUVCCIOS0_EN present????

Well if that is the case i have the resistance listed
PP1V05_S0 -.04v
(.026v to gnd in diode mode)

Yes CPUVCCIOS0_EN is 3.24v on pin 3 of the u7600
