Is that screen problem? It did it only one time and I am not sure if this is gpu o screen.

probably not, these models have issues with video chip

If you look closely, you can see the resemblance of a background... Bad screen/LVDS connector/Cable..

Check external first. If that is ok then try another LCD assembly. Could still be MUX issue too and in very rare cases GPU.
