820-3476 Green Light, fan spins and immediately shuts down

I have a 820-3476, has a green light, fan spins for 2-3 seconds then immediately shuts down. No visible water damage, Any ideas??

Im sorry when I push pwr button it reads 1.74V then turns off and not on again until I push power again, then attempts to turn on then turns off

WORKING!! Looked for corrosion around SPI, none, but found some around U5110! Replaced U5110 and ran a trace from pin 1 to C5120 and working! Thank you aprendiz for your prompt reply and help. Much appreciated!!

U5110 can only cause a completely dead machine. Something else that was heated up was the issue, so the problem may return. Corrosion under J6100 is common.
