820-2879-b Fanspin and vcore but no boot

As the title says I get fanspin and it goes fast if i unplug the trackpad or boot in smc bypass but no chime or anything.
Vcore is at 1.153v, There is a little bit of corrosion arround the lvds connector but only a couple of feedback capacitors

Green light flashes until i press the power button then it stays steady

Resistance to GND on 3V42?

black on ground is 22.3k
red on ground is 7.79k

That is a bit on the low side I'm afraid this is a dead MCP.

Nope, its the other big chip thats not the CPU. Multi Chip Package. Does stuff like usb, graphics, sata etc. Page 2 of schematic.

Anyway its game over for this board, as you'll not find a new MCP.
