Prob stupid question but I was just wondering if spinning beach ball when opening programs can be a logic board issue??

Can spinning "beachball" while opening word files be a board issue??

I Replaced U5110 on this board and now the customer is saying everything is working fine except word files are opening slowly (beach ball pops up)
