820-2936-A board no water damage, no green light , turns on with battery


u7000 pin 14 SMC_BC_ACOK= 3.3v


on u6900

SMC_BC_ACOK_VCC=3.4v
SYS_ONEWIRE= 3.4v


any idea why no green light... does not turn on with power cable.... known good magsafe board

Dead SMC, crap under magsafe connector on the board? SMC_ONOFF pulled low, by bad keyboard or something else.
