820-00426 liquid spill cpu overheating before entering operating system

Hi, ive got an 820-00426 , came from another repair shop with liquid spill, board looks really clean so no hints at all, laptop switches on goes to user login screen but then when you try to login cpu gets extremly hot very quick and shuts down, does the same from external drive os, keyboard and trackpad seem to work but if i disconect the trackpad this somehow stops the keyboard from working as well ???? anyway with trackpad/keyboard offline the laptop boots to os with normal cpu temp, Anyone got any ideas where to start , also anyone got schematics for this model or know of one similar , Thanks :)

Heatsink get hot, conducting heat ok? Trackpad must be connected for keyboard to work. No diagram, but lots of similarities with 4924 board.

Hi Duke yes heatsink conducting heat just fine , all works 100% without trackpad connected , guess it could be just the trackpad causing the issue but it does seem to work, will order a replacement to check, thanks for the heads up on 4924 board
