MacBook came in with quarter fanspin, turns out one of the legs of U6100 was ripped off the board. ran a jumper from the chip to the board and it is now booting
When booting about 1/3 of the progress bar the screen will flicker and will continue to startup normally, but if it doesn't flicker when it gets there it will just sit on the loading bar at 1/3

In ASD OS "IC0R" fails looked at u5400 area looks perfect.
It's acting really strange symptoms are like the usual U8900 job. But have reflowed and soldered that twice now. Sometimes it will freeze up when using it and this is the log I get, CPU panic?

Just noticed when i do get it to startup it will continue working but 30 seconds or so after plugging the charger in it will stop working, ie. cursor is spinning wheel and cant click on things, but cursor still moves

ASD EFI passes no problems, IC0R reads 0.6

took off heatsink and found a boatload of thermal paste, it was everywhere covering all the resistors and all. Hoped cleaning it off would fix it but no difference.
Swapped out u8900 still no difference. It seems the problem occurs when it tries to use the nvidia gpu

Did they fuck with the GPU? I bet this is a fucked up reflow or something. Are the black plastic coverings on the CPU/GPU in tact?
