[SOLVED]820-3476-a no PP5V_S4 and PP3V3_S5

Hi

Board is not turn power on,not sign of liquite , user said power off suddenly.

When i check voltage

PPBUS_G3H : 12.5v
PP3V42_G3H: 3.42V
PPVRTC_G3H: 3V
PP5V_S5 : 5V
PP5V_S4 : 0V
PP5V_S0 : 0V
PP3V3_S5: 0V

U7501 is creating PP3V3_S5: 0V and PP5V_S4 : 0V. When i check this part S5_PWR_EN is 3.3v SMC_PM_G2_EN is 3.3v but P5VS4RS3_EN is 0v . its come from U0500 but PPVRTC_G3H is ok.

how can i check next step ..

If PP3V3_S5 is 0V and S5_PWR_EN is high then something around U7501 must be wrong. 3v3 bus shorted, dead U7501?

thank you duke when i injected 1.5v PP3v3 line found damaged capasitor and removed it everytings seems ok.
