820-3115-b green light pulsing and not powering up

i have problem here. water damaged 820-3115-b with i replace all components with was water damaged and clean main board but is not powering up. green light on charger pulsing . any idea. i know there must be some short but how do i find what is doing it? I know there is few people who had this problem. can anybody help pls?

ok voltage:
3v42= 3.44
ppbus_g3h = 12.62v
SMC_BC_ACOK= 3.3v

i left board diconnected for we while and connect it again and powered up. and i reconected and connect again and is dead now. must be some capacitor faulty
i dont know

when battery is connected is showing red light so is charging

Crap under SMC or around U7000 I bet.
