the customer say before intermittent start, but now no boot, green led and pass to orange without battery, no fan.
i check this voltage
PPDCIN_G3H = 16,30V
PPVIN_G3H_P3V42G3H = 16,48V
PPBUS_G3H_R = 12,57V
SMC_BC_ACOK = 3,387V
SMC_ONOFF_L = 3,415V
SMC_PM_G2_EN =3,414V
PP3V3_S5 = 3,335V
PPVRTC_G3H = 3,3332V
SMC_ADAPTER_EN = 3,39V
PM_DSW_PWRGD= 3,34V
no liquid, the board is clean, what can i do?

Sorry i forgot to tell, some trace of something liquid near U7200 but just between a pin 32 and R7279 i clean it but no more thing

Fan will never spin on these until warm as you should know by now.

Check traces and resistors around U7200?

PP3V3_SUS=0V
i find R7613 bad value, i replace it now OK but already no change. i check under microscope all the board i find nothing.

sorry but i really not understand what do you want when you say check power cycling on 5V_S4 it's PP5V_S4_EN or PP5V_S4_EN_D or other.
Do you have an video who explain this measure?

Checked 5V_S4 for short?

Then it could be many many things. Inspect closer for corrosion, could be crap under SMC, but could also be fucked CPU.
