I had some boards where gpu replacment doesnot work and vram yes.

The chips don't fail. You can reball the old ones. Also these boards suffer from cracked traces under the VRAM and will continue to return if there were issues after GPU replacement.

is it possible to see the cracked trace with microscope? do you have video for reball the memory? is it same method like the SMC?

Crack is inside the board. Reball is with stencil and 0.45mm balls.
