Anything we can do to try and fix this like a SSD reflow? Or scrap it?

Did you measure voltage and reset lines to the SSD?

Yes, im a noob, but not that big one lol. I booted from external drive as well and run disk utility, no drive to be seen.

Trust me you don't want to mess with the SSD portion of these boards
If you are EU based go and complain at Apple and get a CS number. Or if it is <2 years from purchase they will fix it under warranty.
