    I have
    PPBUS_G3H = 0,430V
    PPDCIN_G3H = 16,86V
    I check R7051, R7052,R7021,R7022 are good value.
    PPBUS_G3H is not short , no liquid trace of liquid.
    thanks

    PP3V42_G3H is the first power rail you need for anything to work.

                  Did you just put on a blank or wrong SMC?

                  You need to get exactly the same board to pull and reball the SMC from there. The chip is very board specific!
