get green light, Vcore is present, but no boot,

previously liquid damaged, ran through ultrasonic,

replaced SMC thinking that might be the problem does same thing, doubt both SMCs have the same problem,

Beep without RAM? Internal 4 pin speaker must be connected. Vcore voltage?

No beep without RAM, internal speaker plugged in,

Vcore voltage = 1.12

Could be anything, where was liquid? Crap under SMC/PCH, U2600?

There was crap by u2600, also around SMC, both replaced, also a few other resistors around U2600 and around SMC, but still the same
