820-3115-b board, no image or back light, works with external monitor

3115 board, no image on screen, no backlight, its works with external monitor with mini display port.

no image even i put flash light on screen,

history NO WATER or liquid damage, lvds connector looks good , any advice where to start

where are all of these nightmares coming from

tried working LCD/LCD cable?

power on pin 4 of the LCD connector?

LVDS_DDC resistors look in tact?

haha bought this brand new condition nightmare for $100cad....with box and everything ,

fixed!!!! easiest fixing in board repair history....LVDS CONNECTOR WAS BAD in board. i put new fresh connector .... in this repair my good microscope really helped me. so buy a very good microscope .

which pin was the corroded one?

pin 2,3,4 ... you can hardly see ... when i use microscope .. its clear. ...those 3 pin were corroded.....

i think good microscope is very important ... i use .5x barlo lens which gave 8inch working distance. today i fix another board. i had to change isl6259... after soldering i chked every single pin joint... its its works perfectly in first try ..i think in board repair precision work is very important..
