820-2879 no ram detection

board powers up but beeps once every 5 seconds indicating no ram? ive tried both slots 1 ram stick on each even with new ram nothing. where would i start diagnosing this? i do get 3.3volts on c2940 i dont get any voltage on MEM_A_SA<0>/<1>

Voiltage on L7330 ?
If ok, then its Bad Ram slots or MCP or incorrect memory ?

One beep is 90% bad MCP. Check resistance to GND on PP3V42, if lower than 15K the MCP is dead.
