820-3115 no green light

Hello everybody

I m working on liquid damaged 820-3115 board with no green light problem

PPBUS_G3H = 12.26V
PP3V42_G3H = 3.48V
SMC_RESET_L = 3V
SMC_BC_ACOK = 3.4V
ADAPTER_SENSE = 3.4V
P3V3S5_LL = 0V
SMC_ONOFF_L = 3.4V

no 5v and 3v enables

Tried 5 different SMC,known good Magsafe board and adapter...

what can i check next step?

SMC or ISIL is bad, as you already replaced SMC, try replacing ISL 6259, measure voltaje on SMBUS_BATT_SCL and SMBUS_BATT_SDA...

12.26V so SMC not running or bad ISL. Seeing as the ISL does give ACOK and there is no green light there is an issue around the SMC. Check all power to the SMC and check Xtal for clock pulse. Also verify that the reset is working correctly. You can manually short reset to GND after power is applied to make sure the SMC makes a "clean start"

Thank dukefawks and aprendiz . I was replaced ISL and yes you are right duke ACOK is 3.4V . Tried SMC manual reset but nothing change

PP3V3_S5_SMC_VDDA = 3.4V
PP1V2_S5_SMC_VDDC = 1.2V
PP3V3_S5_AVREF_SMC = 3.3V
SMC_CLK32K = shows nothing with measure scoop. (tried 32K CLK signal inject from U2600 nothing change)
SMC_XTAL = shows nothing with measure scoop. ( also replaced y5010)
SMC_EXTAL = shows nothing with measure scoop.
