820-2532 No boot

I have an issue with this board.
Q7102 & F7040 is burn, i change it now I have F7040 and remove Q7102 but i haven't this component.
Q7102 is it necessary to boot? because when i short power pad, fan don't spin or another dead component, C7771 = 1.05V
No liquid on board.

Q7102 probably already killed the CPU. Need to replace U7100 and Q7102 at a minimum first.
