820 3476 - PP3V3_SUS missing

Visual: clean board, no liquid damage. 2 exploded caps on PPBUS_S5_HS_OTHER5V (C7570 & C7541), replaced.

S5 rails present, but no PP3V3_SUS.

Checked all rails for shorts? 2 shorted caps is not a common failure so something must have happened.

It turns out PP3V3_SUS was shorted inside the board (near the BIOS). The board bulged slightly there and on the other side are some PPBUS_S5_HS_OTHER5V caps. I think a short in that line caused the bulging and the shorting of the SUS rail. Anyway, thanks again Duke!

Is the board getting warm there? Drill it out if so, nothing to loose anyway.
