820-2850-A slow, heat, fans low

No prior water damage. Everything works. I'm getting a lot of heat. For some reason fans dont spin up 100% even after getting so hot? Where to start looking? thanks

Heat from where and from what? Does it boot? This sounds like a candidate for ASD.. If you don't have ASD try and run AHT by holding down D and see if it pulls any sensor errors

2850 runs hot anyway. GPU/CPU need to get to 90C+ before fans will start faster.
