820-3942 shuts off when track pad plugged in

Cleaned a little corrosion near thunderbolt ports and replaced corroded battery but all else looks okay.
Runs fine without trackpad cable plugged in, but once trackpad is plugged in it shuts down instantly or in a short amount of time. (tried new trackpad and cable)
Any ideas what to check first?

Run internal diagnostic by holding down D key when turning on.

Ran Internal Diagnostics...Came up with "There may be an issue with the power management system" Reference code PPN001.

Inspect voltage/current sensors. U5400/10 and Q5480/90 also ISL6259 area. Must be corrosion somewhere.
