820-4924 RAM Beeps--Anything to check before replacing RAM chips?

Pretty straightforward issue I think, but wanted to confirm:

1. 820-4924 beeps immediately when powered on; typical 3-beep tone indicating RAM issue.
2. No damage, no liquid, apparently no drops.
3. PP1V8_S3 present, not shorted.
4. Is there anything I should check prior to pricing out replacing the RAM chips? I assume not, but wanted to confirm.

Could be cracked traces too, bad CPU or other issue. I do not fix boards with these issues, but if you want to try I would start with the RAM chips.
