hello I finally got a SMC for this board I didn't try to power it on SMC bypass , I didn't see your msg master duke , I replace the SMC , and the problem remain , (fuck I was able to replace a smc thank you guys!) , anyway I remove U7941 and the SMC_PM_G2_EN on pin 2 is 3.4v then I replace U7941 thinking oh well the SMC was not the problem? , so must me U7941 nothing ... problem remain.
So I remove R7941 , and R7273 to see if maybe something ahead was making the PM signal to be moving , but still nothing

I was thinking to remove L7220 to see if that will make any chances on U7941 signals ?
What i should do?

i did remove L7220 and i feel like shit , SMC was good all the time i guess? , because without L7220 SMC_PM_G2_EN is steady 3.4v .... so some shit is going on at PP3V3_S5 to make U7941 go crazy.... so i guess i should go and troubleshot the u7200 area for crap?
