820-00244-A u7800 getting warm

No liquid damage or impact damage "just stopped working"

Haven't worked much on these new boards, please tell me what to measure as I have no idea where to start. U7800 is getting warm everything around it looks ok

PPBUS_G3H = 8.7v
3v3_S5 = 3.325v
5V_s4 = 0v

Check all rails to U7800 for shorts. How warm is warm?

just enough to feel it, if i put a drop of alcohol on it. An area dries up first then if i turn off power that area gets flooded again.
Will try measuring is there any order i should follow?

Just start by checking all the obvious coils on the board for shorts. Also inspect for liquid and see if it was already messed with.
