Board came in very liquid damaged. Replaced everything on the top of the board for 3v42, replaced Q7010, R7012 (was blown), the ISL and all controller fets (thinking it could pull DC in down as it did on a board I fixed yesterday), and ultrasoniced. Also touched up J9500 area of corrosion, and STILL only 3.1 volts on DC in. I'm completely out of ideas on what could be causing this no short on DC in or 3v42 or PPBUS.

Ok so Zenner diode was preventing DC in. Replaced and DC in back. Now to figure out the rest of this. I'll report back if I run into any other issues.

Aaaaaand it ends up being a bad SMC. Smh for this customer we don't do SMC's, so you can close this, but that's what's up with this. I guess if you're missing PPDCIN on these ALWAYS check your zenner diode! Always a chance it's bad!

The DC in part of this is fixed I now have voltage on it. The SMC is dead tho, and with this customer, we don't do SMC repairs.
