820-2936 no touchpad/keyboard/usb on battery

hi,
kindly advise as this board 820-2936 had little liquid damage . it works completely fine when charger plugged in with the battery . as soon as we remove the charger the touchpad , usbs and the keyboard all stop working and if we plug in the charger back it starts working again .

Where was the liquid damage? Possible 5V issue so was there crap around TPS51125?
