820-00244 no power anywhere

2016 820-00244 a1534 12” MacBook

Received board only with no history. Looks to be in excellent shape and no signs of any prior work. (U6100 has a crack on the edge but I don’t think that would cause this issue).

Not getting any power anywhere. Even if U3100 was bad wouldn’t I still see something on F3050? J9600 looks fine. F3050 resistance to ground matches good board.

Known good DCin cables and charger.

If U6100 is chipped you are screwed. If it really is dead there is no way to get the SSD to work anymore as there is code in U6100 that is unique to the SSD on the board.
Post a picture of U6100 to asses damage. If you have an adapter see if you can read U6100 through J6100.

No adapter. Recommendations on these?

Pics attached. I’ve seen these “pre-programmed” on eBay. Figured I’d at least get power on the board somewhere first, then worry about swapping/ programming.

That chip is fucked. There will be no way to get the SSD to work that I currently know off. For now this board is RIP. No use in buying a chip as the SSD won't work anyway, but if you want to try then go ahead.
Board will not power on with the cracked chip at least.
