Macbook Air - Fan Spins high after changing keyboard chassi.

I changed the keyboard chassi on a customer Macbook Air. Now after that change the FAN spins high.. I have tried to reset the SMC, PRAM, NVRAM without any success.

What could be the problem?

It turned out to be solved the problem.. Fans are now Ok.. I believe the SMC reset did the job. I took out the battery and hold down the start button for a few seconds. Plugged in the battery and, booted the computer, it then rebooted and wips the computer was working normal again.
