820-3437 Vcore low

I have an 820-3437 that had liquid damage. It was pulling no current and no led on charger, I
cleaned up corrosion U1900, removed and cleaned it and replaced. I now have PP3V3_SO and PP5V5_S0
and am pulling 136ma on the power supply. My vcore is only .085v, I can't seem to find
anything pulling vcore down and current draw doesn't seem to indicate a short. U7310 has 5v on pin 6 but
I can't find any vcore after that.

U1900 is near U6100 SPI chip.
It could be affected by corrosion too.
Check all SPI termination resistors and traces.

Also check U1950 area; measure pins 7 & 3 voltage.
