820-3115 fan spin, no chime

Cant find any liquid damage.
I know EFI chip was replaced but all was working fine.

When remove RAM there is no beep sound.

Clock chip replaced - same story.
When charger connected there is quarter fan spin, stop and then fan spins all the time.

Any ideas?

Change BIOS chip with new, same model.
Charge clean ME dump.

Do you get CPU VCORE?

NEW BIOS chip and is fixed now.
