Hey guy's

working on 820 2936 with water damage around SMC, q5300, Q5310, U6990 and u2800 !

Trace already fixed: Pin1 R5301 to pin4 Q4260, U6990 and pin2 q3200 to pin2 r2578.

i already replace ISL6259 and Replace SMC from donor board!! No changes, 12.32V on PPBus, SMC not running.. what more could be the problem of 12.30v?

Did you even check basic signals and power for SMC?
Next, check SMC_RESET_L and SMC_PM_G2_EN.

Is 3V42 present?

U4900 (3 of 3), page 45.

3V at pins 12/13 of U7000?
SMC_BC_ACOK present?

Also check RTC signals and 32KHz from U2800.

VP0R should be SMC_PBUS_VSENSE I think.
Check Q5300 area.

IO0R is probably related with U5360, or maybe U5400/10.

Th1H is related with Q/U5520.

Do you get more errors?

VP0R - Fixed - (replacing Q5300)

IO'R - Fixed - (Replacing u5410)

TH1H - non Fixed !! already replace u5520, R5520 = ok and traces, R5521/22 = ok and traces! (This area don't have any corrusion). already replace Q5520 and check traces to u5520 it's ok and for descharge i solder 2 wires on respective traces! but fan it's always on high!

I have one more error! - ERROR - MOTOR IS SPINING SLOWER THAN IT SHOULD - test failed -

Bad trackpad board/flex also cause high fan spin.
Do you get any related error on ASD?

Even ALS issue can cause that.
Check J3402 and its traces.
Also try known good LCD assembly.
