no pm_slp_s5_l
no pm_slp_s4_l
S5 rails present at proper voltages

Smc has been changed with a known good still nothing
battery charges
i get a green light on charger
using original charger

PM_BATLOW_L = 3.3v
PPVRTC_G3H = 3.3v
PM_PCH_PWROK = 0v
PCH_DSWVRMEN = 3.2v
PM_DSW_PWRGD = 3.4v
PM_PWRBTN_L = 0v
PM_SLP_SUS_L = 3.3v
SMC_ADAPTER_EN = 0v
PCH_CLK32K_RTCX1 - 0.42V

"i get a green light on charger"
Doesn't change to orange?

Check resistance to ground on PM_PWRBTN_L and R1405.

"PM_PWRBTN_L = 0v
---------------
pm_pwrbtn_l = 3.4v"
When can we trust your values???

Use R5115/16 to simulate power on and see if PM_PWRBTN_L drops.

ok so i simulated a power on and pm_pwrbtn_l drops to 0V i did solder a wire between pins of r5115 to test.

So SMC send power on signal to PCH.

"SMC_ADAPTER_EN = 0v"
PCH requires high level.
Check it again...
Do you have original charger (at least 60W)?

I get very confused now :(
Your values change all the time.
I think is better to post again all of them in a list.

PPBUS S5 HS COMPUTING ISNS = 8.57V

PPBUS S5 HS OTHER ISNS = 8.57V

PPDCIN G3H ISOL = 16.83 (FLUCTUATES BETWEEN 16.39V - 16.83V)

PPDCIN G3H = 16.27V

PP3V42 G3H = 3.417V

PCH seems to have all powers and signals required to start.
You must also check RTC signals, tu be sure all is there.
PM_SLP_S5/4_L no reaction at R5115/16?
Use an o-scope to catch any rapid pulse there...

RTC_RESET_L = 3.3v

PCH_SRTCRST_L = 3.3v

PCH_CLK32K_RTCX1 = .41v

PCH_INTRUDER_L = 3.053v

PCH_INTVRMEN = 3.2v

I do not own an o-scope any other way to check? i suppose if thats the only way to get this working ill have to get one. what do u suggest?

DC voltage seems to be correct (0.4-0.45V); but is not 100% sure...

"PM_SLP_S5/4_L no reaction at R5115/16?"
If no reaction, PCH should be bad.
You can try reflow it, with good flux; 180-200 degrees should be good enough.

i do get a reaction

PM_SLP_S5_L spikes up t 3.3v when i short r5115

PM_SLP_S4_L spikes up to 0.72v

Using o-scope you probably catch 3V pulse for PM_SLP_S4 too.
Also check if PM_SLP_S3_L pulses.
Next, check for pulse on every power supply (big coils) controlled by these sleep signals...
Check if ALL_SYS_PWRGD pulses too.

ALL_SYS_PWRGD Pulses
PM_SLP_S4_L Pulses

checked all the coils only ones that didnt pulse were L3095 and l7701.
