Board no liquid damage, seem very clean, tried good hard drive flex cable and hard drive with os x installed good know

hard drive turn, and screen with "?"

PP5V_S0_HDD_FLT 5v present

Check U4510 area.
Post some of its voltages and signals.

J4501 also needs 5V_S3...

Do you get PP5V_SW_ODD?
Also measure SMC_ODD_DETECT w/ and w/o ODD connected.

Yeah, ODD test can help to detect the issue...
HDD and ODD issues at same time point to PCH, if both powers are OK.

so SMC_ODD_DETECT 0.056V when odd plugged,

if unplug odd i've 3.3v

Yeah, but is ODD detected by OSX?
If not, that should be PCH issue for both HDD and ODD not detected.
